MEDICAL SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP

Covers full medical school tuition fees for a Filipino citizen who would otherwise not be able to attend. The successful candidate will be chosen on a competitive basis by the University of Cebu Medical School.

UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS

Covers full tuition fees for a student to attend an accredited university in the Philippines. Candidates will be chosen from final year high school students from Porac Model Community High School. The successful candidate will be chosen by the high school and will be based on financial need, academic results and recommendation.

HIGH SCHOOL AWARDS

Covers the voluntary high school contributions of five students in each grade of junior high school. Contributions are used to develop and maintain a learning-friendly environment. The awards are based on academic results and recommendation, and are managed Porac Model Community High School in the Philippines.

PROPOSED PROJECTS

AUSTRALIAN-FILIPINO MEDICAL ELECTIVE CULTURAL EXCHANGE SCHOLARSHIP

Covers airfares and accommodation for a student enrolled in an Australian medical school to do a medical elective in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be chosen and managed by the medical school in the Philippines.

PERPETUAL FILIPINO MEDICAL SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP

Covers full-tuition for an Australian citizen to study at a medical school in the Philippines. At the end of the scholarship, the awardee is encouraged to support another student. The successful candidate will be chosen on a competitive basis by the medical school.

OVARIAN AND BREAST CANCER RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIP

Covers full tuition fees for a PhD candidate to study in the field of ovarian and breast cancer at an accredited university. The successful candidate will be chosen by the university and foundation, and will be based on the research potential of the candidate and the potential of the research proposal.

This scholarship is in memory of Tamatha (Ocean) Moore, who passed away from ovarian cancer on 16 August 2018, aged 41.

STREET-CHILDREN

 

Providing resources for street-children to attend school.

MENTORING
 

Mentoring of high school and university students.

ORPHANS

 

Supporting children who have lost or have been abandoned by their parents. Support will be managed through existing orphanages.
