Advancing Education.
Creating Change.

We are a catalyst for sustainable, long-term change in Australia and the Philippines. Supporting disadvantaged, gifted youth.

98%

Extreme Financial Efficiency

While many established charities spend around 70% on administration, the Moore Foundation directs almost all funding (98%) directly to its core cause—our scholarships.

Our Mission & Vision

Mission

To support activities that advance education by providing, facilitating, and/or subsidizing mentoring, cultural awareness, and educational/living expenses for disadvantaged, gifted youth. We leverage existing, accredited organizations to administer these programs.

Vision

Everyone deserves the opportunity to prosper. By selectively supporting individuals who need a financial boost—and who possess the character to "return the favor" in the future—we aim to create a ripple effect of mentorship and success.

Our Origin

The foundation originated from ideas formed by Dr Moore while studying medicine in the Philippines. Witnessing glaring inequalities alongside functional systems for education and healthcare, he realized that removing minor financial constraints for gifted individuals could yield massive societal rewards.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, comparing the protected environment in Australia against former classmates working on the frontlines in the Philippines reinforced the Foundation's privileged position to help.
