This scholarship is award annually and covers up to five years of tuition fees for a Filipino citizen to study an undergraduate degree at an accredited university in the Philippines.

The candidates is chosen from final year high school students from Porac Model Community High School. The successful candidate is chosen by the school and is based on financial need, academic results and recommendation.
